Required Educational Qualifications & Years of Experience
Bachelors Degree in Engineering/ Bsc / MCA with 1 to 3 years experience in Telecom/IT

Role Specific Knowledge
Windows System administration & Working knowledge on Linux Servers
Basic Scripting and Programming Skills
Basic Knowledge on LAN, Routers, Firewall, VPN & VLAN
Experience in Database, backup, Product Support, Production Support/Application Support

Product/Service Specific Knowledge
Good understanding of telecom/GSM concepts and solutions/products in telecom space.
Good understanding of SMPP
Good knowledge of Windows and Linux OS or worked as system administrator for 1 year.
Basic knowledge of ‘Networking’ with hands on experience in IP routing, switch configuration, Firewall configuration. CCNA/CCNP would be an added advantage.
Experience in Database, backup, Product Support, Production Support/Application Support
Knowledge on IVR applications would be an added advantage
Exposure to VAS industry would be an added advantage
Good knowledge on using TCP dump capturing tools like Wireshark, etc would be an added advantage
