For the X Ray, each faculty is directed to different medical health center for the X Ray.
Go to the school and check yours-faculty.

All what you took along for your clearance at Main Campus of the school and the followings: Birth Certificate, State of Origin Certificate and Local Government Identification (for Oyoy State Indigene Only). All other things needed would be gotten at your Campus.
