    These will be Three Bedroom Terraces, no pent floor and can conveniently park two cars. Three categories shall be available according to the stage and type of Architectural finishing  therein  
   
 Type 1 – CUSTOM BUILT      All Exterior finishing will be completed and aluminium windows fixed. The interior will be   semi finished. No sanitary wares and tiling won’t be done. There won’t be burglary proof on the windows. This type will be sold for N13,500,000.00 on outright payment  and N15,000,000.00 on installment payments. Minimum of 10% down payment is required with balance payable in not more than 18months. 

Type 2 – STANDARD FINISHING      All Exterior finishing will be completed and aluminium windows fixed. The interior will also be   finished moderately. Tiling will be done moderately but not tastefully.  This type will be sold for N17,500,000.00 on installment payments. Minimum of 10% down payment is required with balance payable in not more than 18months. Outright payments will attract 5% discount. 

Type 3 – EXQUISITE FINISHING      All Exterior finishing will be completed and aluminium windows fixed. The interior will also be   tastefully finished. Tiling, plumbing and other interior finishing will be done tastefully.  This type will be sold for N21,500,000.00 on installment payments. Minimum of 10% down payment is required with balance payable in not more than 18months. Outright payments will attract 5% discount. 

DEVELOPMENT LEVY This shall be N1,250,000.00 per unit of house bought.
