Cornel88: Haven read almost all the replies on this post, i still can't fine where anybody liked the death of this man as a result of We know he allegedly died of excessive CO2, but if not for the MATCH @ a poorly ventilated viewing centre, maybe he'll still be alive. Mad Cow: this thread is a classic testament to the fact that over 70% of Nairalanders don't bother to read the article that starts a thread... The man died of CO2 poisoning whilst watching a football match in a crowded and poorly ventilated viewing centre... MadCow.. Lol. Thank God u said MATCH. As the goal no gree come na so the oxygen no gree come too |

HIS DEATH IS THREEFOLD 1-HYPOXIA. LOW OXYGEN LEVELS IN THE CENTER MEANS HIS HEART HAS TO WORK HARDER AND INCREASE CARDIAC OUTPUT IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN NORMAL OXYGEN LEVELS. 2- ISCHEMIA. IN ORDER TO INCREASE CARDIAC OUTPUT, HIS CORONARY ARTERIES HAVE TO BE AS CLEAN AS A WHISTLE. NO PLAQUE. HOWEVER AT THE AGE OF 40 THIS IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE WHICH IS WHY AFTER THE AGE OF 40 YOU NEED AN ANNUAL CARDIAC CHECKUP BECAUSE AT THAT AGE YOU HAVE EATEN ENOUGH OILY FOOD TO BUILD UP ADEQUATE PLAQUE TO CAUSE ISCHEMIA. SO BASICALLY THE GUY WAS IN A LOSE LOSE SITUATION. 3- TACHYCARDIA INDUCED BY EXCITEMENT AND ANXIETY OF WATCHING THE GAME MEANS HIS MYOCARDIUM NEEDS MORE OXYGEN AND BLOOD SUPPLY. HOWEVER AT 40 HIS ARTERIES ARE PROBABLY SOMEWHAT PARTIALLY OCCLUDED FROM ALL THE PEPPERSOUP AND SHAKI AND GOAT MEAT ETC. SO THE SUPPLY CANNOT KEEP UP WITH THE DEMAND OF OXYGEN AND BLOOD FLOW. AND HE INFARCTS ( HEART ATTACK ) AND DIES 2 Likes |
