They are not fake, you get what you pay for. If you go to Ebay.com, the same sellers you run from aliexpress saying they are fake are what you will also meet on ebay.com and amazon.com. you cannot expect to buy $4 jewellery necklace and you want it to be original.

Chinese sellers are everywhere, even on souq but the quality depends on the cost of the item.
