Chrisvicmall doesnt charge for shopping on your behalf; all you have to do, is to send them (Chrisvicmall) the link of the product you want to buy on aliexpress for them to buy it and send it to Lagos Airport. Their charges are $10 for processing fee and $13 dollars per kg for the shipping of the product you buy. I believe their shipping cost is somehow lesser compare with other options available on aliexpress. Goodluck.




I think you should go to their website www.chrisvicmall.com to chat with them in order to get quick response to your question. Response from them through email as always been found wanting.

I complain bitterly about this to ELENA when we communicate earlier today and she promised that there will be an improvement in their communication after the spring festival vacation. The good news is that ELENA has also promised to join Nairaland and attend to so many questions and complaints arising from this forum (as I told her that her attention is seriously needed on this forum).

I am saying this because I have been dealing with them in importing my goods from aliexpress. I was surprise with the way my order of Tuesday 5th February was fast-track and she had even confirm that my product is already with them and will be ship tomorrow. Once you know how to deal with them, you wouldn't have any problem.

Based on what I have observed about chrisvicmall chat, you can easily chat with them between 12 to 3pm in the afternoon (they would have been around 7pm to 10pm in China). ELENA told me today that she is always out in the afternoon to pick up customers product. So, is when they are back in d evening they open their chat platform sometimes.

My advice for you is to go to their CONTACT US page to copy their China phone number (especially the one that ended with 181) to call them anytime you send them mail for quick response to your mail (the cost of calling is not much - anytime I used about 4 mins on phone with them, I am always been charged around N90 by Airtel).
