I don't normally like pointing out grammatical errors but urs is so obvious, no wonder u need a ready made CV, but don't forget we still have aptitude test and interviews.

Just cos some cannot speak good English doesn't mean he/she is unintelligent. Funny enough there r millions of graduates out there who speak Queens English and r jobless and also several other mechanics and welders who work speak no English at all and r staff of shell and chevron were most graduate yearn to be. Besides u be English teacher? who made u a judge over others? Did u send him to school? do you knw his history and his struggles? were u ever there to help him/her when he need help? Dude you need some emotional intelligence
