Hello dudes that is an accumulated sum of charges. D fact is d system piles up this charges tru out the month and by the end of the month sends u a total charge based on ur SMS alerts, its a normal way. Not exploitation. Thanx

Its N10 per sms and its system automated. Nobody has the time to pick out ur number and specifically send u an sms. Count all the alerts u received and c that it will add up. U have the option of not receiving alerts tho, just go to any branch, get a t-alert form and ask them to "deactivate" ur fone alerts. I work with gtb, that's y am sayng
