looks like nonso maduakor , the accused fellow in the police entrapment in which an old man went to the pharmacy to beg and beg and beg for rophynol until nonso caved in is out of it dunno why they are charging them all together - hopefully Ezike's ordeal will be a wake up call to all the bb crazy kids out there - if you don't know where it came from , don't buy it! some one may have been robbed, r-aped or killed for that cheap bb you're waving about Orji Osita don enter one chance |

Tolexander: The case is clear enough naw.Guess u are not following this argument well enough. All said, the emphasis being laid out is that though,u can claim they are all accomplice to the crime, the should be law and ethics guiding the medical world of which they should be dealt with on that regard and not any capital punishment meted to the other duo. Theirs should be minimal. I think this what we r saying here |

Bliss4Lyfe: Wat a stu.pid country. 3rd and 4th person granted bail, say waitin happen. Just becos dey were not at the scene of the gruesome murder don't mean they are not guilty of the crime. In English law they are secondary participant to the crime committed and incohate offence refers to them as party to the conspiracy to rape and murder. Can you get it into your head that they were granted bail and not acquitted. Meaning, the judge is yet to issue judgement and didn't see any reason to keep them in jail with the prime suspects. Will the two suspects on bail be sentence on the day of sentencing? Absolutely, yes. I don't know if you are aware of these legal terms "man slaughter" and "murder"? The former, Man slaughter is when you unwittingly or unknowingly participate in the killing of someone. This is what the suspects on bail will be charged with. While the latter, is when you knowingly kill someone. The suspects remanded in jail are guilty of this. |

The judge has already made up his/her mind hence the accelerated hearing and avoiding delays in the case. Those guys are dead men walking. |

Common sense tells that the pharmacist and the guy who bought the stolen phone far away in PH cannot be charged for murder. Only two are directly involved in murder. Anyone calling for all four guys to be punished for murder has 'ALUU' mentality. Thank God judges are literates, otherwise, from what I see people write here on Nairaland, the prisons should have been full and more being built every month. Some of you who use second hand phones and UK used BB may actually be using stolen phones, so if such a stolen is retraced to a Robber, does it make you the buyer an armed robber? The pharmacist too, he is only guilty of negligence, nothing more. Both the pharmacists and the buyer of the phones are also indirect witnesses in this case. |

Bliss4Lyfe:stop rabble rousing..apparently,there's is no evidence directly linking the pharmacist/dispensers to the murder of the girl.the first thing u look out for in a murder case is ' intent'. in anycase they were only granted bail. |
