Odunharry: there s this gal in a bar where i am right nw and she is been given alcohol(small stout to be precise) and before she drank it,she prayed over it.... The ONLY time I ever crave stout is when I am pregnant. I drank it with all my pregnancies except the last one. When I told my midwife that I could never drink it if not pregnant, as tastes bitter, she said it's a blood tonic and good for the baby lol so maybe the girl is pregnant and praying that the stout refreshes her blood? I have no idea lol. |

The position of the bible and christiandom is not absurd on alcohol. If you ask 3 devoted christians, one will disallow it, another will approve d moderate drink and the third one will see nothing wrong with alcohol at all. |
