INSTALMENT

N12,500,000.00 per plot. 30% down payment is required with balance payable within 12months.

Type 3 – EXQUISITE FINISHING
All Exterior finishing will be completed and aluminum windows fixed. The interior will also be tastefully finished. Tiling, plumbing and other interior finishing will be done tastefully.

This type will be sold for N21,500,000.00 on installment payments. Minimum of 10% down payment is required with balance payable in not more than 18months. Outright payments will attract 5% discount.

DEVELOPMENT LEVY

This shall be N1,250,000.00 per unit of house bought.
