Requirements

A successful Operations Manager will have the following:

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and a three plus years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret business periodicals, technical procedures or government policy.
Able to write reports/correspondence/procedure manuals, and present information and respond to questions from managers/customers/general public.
Proficient use of MS Office Suite.
Must have very good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of ASP or Java is a plus.



Responsibilities

The Project Manager of 3rd Party Support, builds and updates processes to increase the effectiveness of the External Provider Management Team. This position is within DISH's Installation and Service group and will be located out of the corporate offices in Lagos.

Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:

Builds and updates processes to increase the effectiveness of the External Provider Management Team. Drives project list to completion.
Works with multiple internal organizations to develop and implement new platforms for delivering data to our external providers.
Defines and manages processes to ensure our external providers are in compliance with current agreements, contracts, and business rules.
Updates business rules, contracts, and agreements. Works with legal for approval on updates to business rules, contracts, and agreements
Manages the External Provider Management Team project list, updates current initiatives, and reports on current progress.
Proactively works to improve current business processes in order to help provide best in class service to our external providers.
