This is when a girl is in a relationship, but keep denying it. She's always telling whosoever cares to know she's single and available, when she's actually in a relationship or even staying with her guy. And it's also when a man goes about playing around while claiming to be single when he's actually in a relationship with not one but several girls in most cases.
I begin to wonder, why some people do this to their partners. and some of them do it on purpose, while others do it unknowingly. it's something they say unexpectedly whenever they are asked. And there are those who dont like talking about it, and would prefer not to be asked. You hardly see such people deny nor accept they are dating. Some people behave like this, if they are only 'managing' the guy/girl or the relationship. with the hope of finding a better or richer partner later. in most cases, guys who do this, are usually players. who lie about their status, in order to have their way with girls. while girls do or say this, in order not to block their chances of getting another man or favours from other men.
But come to think of it, why deny, when you're dating! If you're not proud of your guy or girl, why stick with the person and inflict unnecessary pain on him/her, instead of ending it once and for all. and moving on with your quest to find your 'perfect' match? Since you are also perfect. Abi no be so?
