Nothing much other than a clean, quite, spacious environment and an airy room. You need to paint the room with colors that are catchy to kids. You need to
1. Get a business registration to make it look legal.
2. A tv, toys, nursery rhythms and a bed or crib for them to lay.
3. You need an extra hand.
4. YOU NEED TO BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL AS PARENTS ARE HANDING THE LIVES OF THEIR TREASURES TO YOU. The business is very lucrative and risky.
A day care is best run by professional and experienced females as parents will feel more secured leaving their babies with them than a male. However been a tenant is not a barrier but expect to see your landlord at anytime for breach of agreement. All the best.
