Genesis Studios, a film and television production company and the producers of the award-winning So Wrong, So Wright and Tales of Eve requires the services of a young, creative and dynamic individual to fill the position of a Corporate Communications Executive.

Job Description:

- Researching, writing, and editing integrated internal and external communication pieces such as news releases, brochures, ads, presentation materials, speeches, web content, social media management, general correspondence, feature articles and stories, newsletters, business plans, annual reports, board briefings.

- Managing issues and crises

- Building strategic communication, media and government relations plans

- Developing a relationship and network with other organizations and strategic partners

- Assisting with the coordination of meetings and special events such as the annual general meetings, conferences, and workshops etc.

Requirements:

- Superior written and oral communication skills

- Excellent editing skills

- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain good working relationships internally and externally

- Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities

Education Required:

- A diploma or degree in communications, public relations or related discipline.

Experience Required:

- Minimum 2 years working in the communications field.

Note: This position may be under‐filled if the best candidate possesses the basic requirements but does not possess the required experience.

Term:
- Permanent full time.
