THE CONTRACT STAFF ARE = THE CLEANERS,DRIVERS,AND SECURITIES, 1ST BANK cleaners were paid #10,000.per month,drivers also paid #24,000 in rural area, while urban drivers were paid #30,000 per month. except LAGOS $ OGUN STATE other banks drivers
like GTB paid 60,000.00 ZENITH paid 60,000 to 70,000, even UNITY BANK paid their staff #50,000,
UBA #50,000.00. others banks securities were paid #30,00.00, cleaners,#20,000.00.their is no incentive for them @ the end of the year pls good people of NIGERIA kindly find out and take appropriate step to this issue

Is it your fathers company, the bank has the right to determine its employees salary, they can even decide to pay N10 per year, you were not forced to take up the job......like you said in your post, there are better options, so if you don't like first banks pay, move to gtb, zenith, or unity bank

I see no reason why you guys should be engaging each other cos this is an old thread.

Things might have changed for the better or worse, say for example: Zenith bank does not pay up to 60k, in fact, they pay less than 50k to drivers.
