you did the best thing of feeling bad and letting it out..it's okay to let it all out and feel bad

admitting the fact that you're hurt aint bad.

The next phase is trying to be happy again...hang out with your GOOd friends...blur out his memory no matter how hard it might be...start by deleting his messages and all that.don't visit your favourite spots with him untill you're sure you can handle the emotional pain associated with it


and most importantly, learn ot love yourself the more cos you can't love another man if you don't love yourself
