19 days after the whole world have been lied to that they have been empowered in one way or the other, they are yet to receive their 24th month stipend which also happened to be their last stipend. The programme started in February 2011 but yet to collect the stipend for the month of January 2013. This is even happening after they all have been blackmailed to write and submit an essay on how OYES has impacted positively in their life, it was a condition attached to collecting their last stipend. |
