It's an abnormality or birth defect know as hydrocephaly caused by accumulation of fluid in the brain box.it can be alleviated by draining of the fluid by a neurosurgeon.though he'll hardly be like a normal child again.and it might affect his growth..aww sad.poor mom.poor child

So sad this boy might not be able to live normally as this would affect his brain and develop. It is hydrocephalus. The size of the head also can't shrink back to normal but with adequate healthcare could have been checked from getting to this size.
