The role involves leading the execution of Pampers Hospital (Immunization Clinics and Pre-natal) and Always Schools programmes in Nigeria and Ghana. Specifically:

1.       Making sure programme objectives in terms of agreed cost and quality are being met
2.       Preparing the ground to support expansion of programmes to new locations
3.       Proactively finding ways to deliver efficiencies and programme improvements.
4.       Communicating 1-3 to management via monthly reporting

Monthly reporting of i) quantity of samples delivered vs target, ii) quality of programme delivered i.e. nurse rankings, iii) expansion potential, and iv) new ideas on programme improvements.

Forecasting, and Competitive Intelligence.
• Alternatively, it could include Financial Analysis in Customer Business Development (Sales) Finance, or Plant Financial Management looking after and optimizing our manufacturing facilities.
• Examples of work could include cost/benefit and investment analysis of new brands, profit forecasting for the current year on the brands you look after, financial business planning looking at our turnover and profit growth 2-3 years out, working on competitive intelligence, or designing new processes to ensure full financial control and understanding in the company. Your skills will be developed through the varied experiences you obtain as well as extensive on-the-job and off-the-job training.
