'Happy Birthday Coconuts!!!' Jennifer Lopez tweeted this picture of her cupcakes to mark twins Emme and Max's fifth birthday, writing '5 years of joy and true love!!! The 43-year-old star previously opened up about her plans to treat the adorable duo to a colourful fantasy fiesta with multi-coloured balloons, food and decorations. The Anaconda star said: 'They're five next month. You know, they want a rainbow party. Lots of rainbow stuff.
