hello, i am having problem with my etisalat sim. since today the line has mess me up. each time i tried to load a recharge card or check my account balance it says

i called the costumer care but the lady told me to do hard reset, to remove the battery and sim. that i have done but still the same problem.


is any body else having this same problem?

It appears that thy have bared your number(line).
