Soon, we'll be sharing tips on how to dress simple for screening/interview. These, remember I say they are tips (so, never feel sad if you ain't compatible with any tip(s) shared by a member)

Tips!!
Avoid using perfumes that have much quantity of alcohol i.e perfumes that can be perceived from a long distance. Reason- it may be offensive to ur interviewer. Instead, use perfume oil(perfumes wt low or no alcohol). Or better still u can spray your perf hours before entering the screening room.
Please drop more tips.

screening usually hold wen funaab release admission list where only shortlisted candidates in which we will be among will be invited for the screening where our credentials will be checked

I have observed that there are youths of my mates that there Parents are well-to-do and are willing to sponsor their wards academics to any level even Phd but there are Ignorance going after Skirt/Men or to d studio,making tracks in pidgin.
If u are opportune to have a parent willing to train u very well,dnt waste such chance cos some people envy such youths.

I don't just knw y applicants are imposing previous requirements on Funaab dis time around...

Not all information r conveyed via d skul website, there r som u'll nid 2 go find out urself if 2ruly u mean business n u dont rily wanna jeopardise all ur effort. It's admission we all crave, if d transcript wasnt gon b used I bet it wuld av bin rejected wen pple started submitin. If u fink its not necessary submitin urs, I beg u bro change vat tot @least we've not recorded any mishap since pple av started goin 2ru d stress of processin n submitin their transcripts. Mind u, u cant say 4 sure d no of DE applicants cos I dont fink there's an official no yet. So y not increase ur own chances 2 by doin wat odas r doin(4lo 4lo nor go kill u i dis 1). to me i see no one. it is obvious and generally known that every institution has a tradition and if their will be a change in any tradition there must follow a new reviewed and explanatory constitution. Funaab is known to select their DE applicant through vivid examination of their transcript and o level result,which is in ditto to UI, OAU, UNILAG and the likes, unlike UNILORIN, FUTMINA and ABU that do not ask for transcript before admitting student but rather set an entrance examination ( DE test) for them and base their selection on the result of the test, even some time your diploma grade may not count, that is why you see people with upper credit been admitted even lower in futminna, while those with distinction are victim of DE test.Contrary to this schools, FUTA laid emphasis on transcript submission yet they still conduct exam for their DE candidates. you see, it's all about tradition.

LOC Do u mean leta of completion of compulsory 1yr IT or leta of completion of National Diploma? I fink its only skuls vat r slow in issuin result dat issue LOC 4 ND. Moreova I tot fresh ND graduates cant apply 4 DE since d LOC 4 d 1yr compulsory IT wuld b requested durin screenin (cant say 4 oda A'level holders sha bt its bin requested 4 HND especially in my skul, Oga usuf can testify 2 vat). So my point is, as a fresh graduate, u knw u're 2 undago a 1yr compulsory IT, y shuld u put in 4 DE even if ur result meets up wit d tym frame of d admission wen u avnt undagone d IT?(I stand 2 b corrected) n 4 those whose result is still pendin due 2 aw their skul operates, I guess d LOC 4 ND shuld b issued in lieu of d result till it bcoms available. Vats aw gleefreak Cs it.

I just wanted 2 b convinced of my doubts, dis is my 1st time applying 4 admission in2 Funaab, i never knew their tradition b4 & It's not dat am discouraging others o! I was just finkin dey av 2 make their Main traditions known 2 all, so dat all applicants Nation-wide will knw wat's required each year.

My broda...na ND in Mathematics n Statistics...wit Social science O' Level...abeg hlp me contact any1 wat course can i go 4...

According to what a staff i met at the ECO department which letter called(phone call) the HOD right in front of me to confirm what he is telling me, he said their economics department does'nt accept ND for their 3 years program. they only accept HND and must be in Economics.
