I have a 4 blocks of 3 bedroom flat with a boys quater at Ikotun Egbe,Lagos. Can anyone enlighten me on how to secure a loan from a bank without requesting for a C of O. The other documents like approved plan ,receipts and deeds of agreements are available. Thanks |

banks can only give you loan with landed property with c of o. i had same issue and no bank could help. you can talk to other loan companies, but beware of fraudsters 1 Like |
