Move on Bro. From all indications, you are still under consideration but you don't even know when they'll get back to you and it's even possible they send regret mail at the end of the day. So the best thing is to move on oooooo!!
There are so many openings now bro. Cadbury, haliburton, etc.

Move on guys. Nestle has employed those they need for now. They will come back for us when they need us. This could be in 3 months, 6 months or even a year's time.
Like the last poster said, they are other openings. Apply for them. Success.

If Nestle hasnt gotten back to you den it means u didnt fail. However u didnt pass as expected. U r still in consideration if and only if someone in the first list declines d appointment or fails to show up or leaves within the 6 months prior to confirmation of employment.

Nestle is a really funny company. It's all good. Thank God we moved on by His grace.

Well Nestle is not the end of the world. Why did they keep us waiting in the first place. God has other better plans for us.

I, unfortunately, have some reservations about the whole process which i outline below.
1. When i did my interview or rather after i was assessed, my
documents and passport photograph were not collected by your HR personnel. This would undoubtedly cause you to make an uninformed decision about my candidacy. Other candidates from
other days had their documents collected, hence, it was not a level
playing field for all candidates in the recruitment process.
2. Also, the assessment centre was not organised. From the mail we
received, we were to commence at 8:00am. On the day i was
assessed, we started at about 11:00am. This would undoubtedly
affect our psyche during the whole process.
3. Thirdly, your HR department is not organised. We were supposed
to, from what we were told, receive feedback from your HR
personnel from the first week of May. This is July, the second week
of July, and you are getting back to us now. Some candidates
received feedback from your company at the stipulated time, but others, like me, thought we were still being considered. This is totally unacceptable. In developed nations, this could spark up a lawsuit against your company. Please, let subsequent recruitment processes be organised.

Pls Nlanders...i didnt hear anything about Medical Delegate.the last mail they sent about 3months ago said successful..but till now nothing..

They just made you guys waste your transport money. Their candidates had already been chosen before you all wrote the aptitude test. Sorry!
