@ Nnecar...Are you sure the forms are still on sale? Coz i went to one of the designated banks today and they told me they had received instructions from Unilag not to accept payment for the PG form anymore.

YES! Along side other required documents like NYSC Discharge Cert, Olevel and Statement of Result etc. you can choose to have it scanned and sent to a good samaritan who could help in submitting it to your department.
