I ve been asking this question for a while now and I ve not yet gotten a satisfactory answer.

Take for instance: my patner and I wish to source for funds from d capital market (and we re registered as limited liabilty coy), how do we go about it?
Do we need to re-incorporate d company, what re the criterias/requirements? Is the capital base of d company relevent to pursue the listing?

All you have to do is to contact a stockbroker and tell them you want to go public on the NSE or you can contact an underwriter such as a bank or investment house.
