The traditional wedding ceremony of 2Face is still ongoing right now in Eket. The whole event is being supported by the Governor of Akwa-Ibom State, His Excelleny Godswill Akpabio who made his presence felt at the pre-wedding party last night.

And now in another gesture of goodwill, the Governor has given the couple the best wedding gift ever. 2Face and Annie Idibia are now the proud owners of a brand new Prado Jeep!

Not just that, the Governor with the support of the Akwa-Ibom Government has promised to send along a 30man delegation to Dubai to attend the white wedding of the couple.

The white wedding will be an exclusive affair slated for March 23, 2013

Can someone tell the governor to rein in the way he spends public funds? Imagine planning to send a delegation to Dubai. What rubbish? All that money could be used to refurbish a hospital, endowment fund or something more beneficial to the people of Akwa ibom. I am wondering what impact this gift has on the people of that state. Smh!!

Akpabio always like 2 show himself. A jeep & 30 members delegation to witness d wedding in dubai would cost hundreds of million. Am frm Akwa Ibom & am very ashamed of my state governor 4 wasting state fund on someone dat already hav enough while many families are going hungry. I wish d couple happy married life.
