Mr. Solo. Who is the government giving amnesty to. Go and read up what the term amnesty means and in what circumstance it is used. Do you realise it also a legal contract.

With whom are you signing this contract. Who has come to table talk with the numerous previous offers. Do you know that whoever signs an amnesty document does so on behalf of the government and people of Nigeria and should he or she toy with it can be heavily legally sanctioned.
