hi guyz, ma Vista OS is not working with ma hp deskjet 3745 printer. to think ma brother uses the OS with this printer on his computer. what could be the problm? somebody bail me out here |

go to hp support page and try to download windows vista software for that printer.ok, i have had many issues like that.ok |

Next time the best thing is to go to HP Support website and find out about your printer. Anyways I checked it up. It should install automatically in Vista. The XP driver it comes with will not work in Vista. 1. Disconnect the printer 2. If you installed the XP driver, uninstall it. 3. Delete the printer from your printers list (Start>control panel>printers and faxes). 4. Restart 5. Connect your printer and power it up. 6. Wait for it to install. It should give you a message saying your hardware has been installed or something like that |
