A company located in Ikeja,deals in printing and sales of educational materials and journals to both private establishment and public enterprises is looking for an experienced,motivated and energetic candidates that can fill the post of a Sales Manager

Job Summary:
The S&M Manager oversees and manages the sales and marketing functions to ensure efficient distribution/delivery and optimum customer satisfaction. The S&M Manager is also responsible for managing relationships with institutional customers, alliance partners and third-party retail outlets. The S&M Manager’s overall goal is 100% customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities/Duties:

- Develop annual marketing plan which details marketing strategies in line with company objectives and marketing activities for the year
- Liaise with external advertising company on marketing campaigns and production of appropriate marketing materials
- Follow up on institutional customers, alliance partners and third party retail outlets
- Seek out new opportunities for the company (alliance, promotional events, distribution channels, institutional customers, etc)
- Design and implement a universal distributor model/agreement with all third party retail outlets
- Provide oversight of all sales and marketing personnel and ensure smooth running of sales floor and all retail outlets
- Provide oversight of delivery drivers to ensure that retail outlets begin daily operations promptly and customer deliveries are on-time

Requirements:

* Minimum of OND in any related field
* 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing and business development
* Experience in food service industry is a plus
* Strong verbal and written communication skills required
* Demonstrated knowledge of various sales and marketing frameworks, techniques and practices
* Self –starter; must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
* Computer literate with experience with an enterprise management and Microsoft Office Must be available to work weekends
