i subscribed to mtn bis service complete plan on sunday this week and after using for a whole day,i streamed abt 3 short videos on youtube on monday after which i noticed my browsing network started having diffiulty... and since that monday i havent been able to browse on my bb. i was even wondering if there was some kind of data cap which i may have exhausted which warrants my bis service being non-functional again,but my bb still shows big EDGE and 3G meaning my bis is still on. any hope 4 me?

Facing same problem here too. Can't even call or check account balance on EDGE. I hate using 3G cos of bb battery life.

I've been calling them since monday up till now and †̥ђe̶̲̥̅ same silly excuse they've been giving is 'our engineers A̶̲̥̅̊я̲̣̥ε̲ working on it'...itz very frustrating because they A̶̲̥̅̊я̲̣̥ε̲ acknowledging †̥ђe̶̲̥̅ problem is from their side and for a week now they've not been able to resolve it... α♏ presently on airtel weekly,and hoping mtn will resolve d issue asap
