Call centers are very rare here in the east...infact I can't remember when last I saw one.

What exist here are just recharge card dealers, sim card sellers...etc. But you would hardly find someone here that's into phone call business.

So its almost impossible to patronize them.

My Broda, I was so surprised when I saw it. I know recharge card dealers are very common.
