It was a day of reckoning for Gays in a community called Avu in Owerri West, as the entire youths of the village came out en masse in the wee hours of the day to fish out all Gays in the community. This was as a result of a violent gay attack sexual action on a primary 5 pupil by a Gay aged 22. The young boy who was "raped" went home reporting to his brothers who could not contain the mess on their brother as his anus was bleeding profusely. But they could not take laws in their hands since there was no other evidence nor an eye witness to confirm the incident. Meanwhile, before his own case, there has been some reports of such sexual molestation by some younger boys who could not agree to such baits as mone used by the Gays to lure them to such.

The youths gave the Gays a thorough beating of their life with blisters all over their body. When the Police team of the Imo Security Network came around for intervention, the youths could not release them. Having told them the crime the young boys commited they left. The Gays were asked to roll in muddy waters even in the presence of their parents.

The youths also said that in a due time that Lesbians would still be treated this way.

If the entire nation can rise up to follow suit, I believe that Homosexuality will not find a place to thrive in this nation. Kudos to AVU Youths
