Every given match has its statistics well represented in the odds. If a 1-0 correct score has an odd of 4.5 and a 3-0 correct score has an odd of 18.0, it is a pointer that d match MIGHT (not WILL) end up with under 2.5 goals.

If u want to bet on the goals market, the odds
are an indicator as to what range of goals the
match will produce; the lower d odds, the more
likely the result.

I will say it matters a lot, not at all times though.
If a match has an odd of 1.33 for over 2.5 goals and 2.2 for under 2.5 goals (a clear indicator that 3 goals or more is possible, not something like 1.7 and 2.0 which is close), u and i know that if it does not play over 2.5 goals this time, next time it will have a higher possibility to play, ALL things being equal.

All things being equal in d sense that there was no redcards and penalties in d last match which can distort d play.

Having a red card or penalty (deserved or not) in a match that is supposed to produce over 2 goals can spoil what was intended to be. Players might go on a defensive mode of play if they are a man down, at least to secure a draw.
