@ d first bolded quote, it means Italy has scored an imaginary goal ( yes, that is what Asian Handicap means) @ first half. But in real life, d score started @ 0-0. If the match ends in a draw @ FH, u simply add d imaginary goal (Italy FH + 1) to Italy's side which now makes Italy to be leading @ FH. If Italy wins @ FH, u still add d imaginary goal.(Italy FH + 1).

he gave Uruguay 2 goals ahead of Spain, so if d match ends @ 1-0 in favour of Spain, simply add 2 goals (which is Uruguay FH +2) to Uruguay making it 1-2 which is a win for Uruguay.
Again if d match ends in 0-0,
simply add d 2 goals to Uruguay making it 0-2 which is still a win for Uruguay.

Again if d match ends in 0-1
simply add d 2 goals to Uruguay making it 0-3 which is still a win for Uruguay.

Summary:
1-0 -- Uruguay wins

My previous take on d matter:
