I applied for this d.e with an engineering degree (B.Eng, Second Class Upper). but I downloaded my jamb admission letter and I saw four years as duration of the course I was admitted to ( Mechanical eng). That means I will have to start from 200 level. I know too well that am supposed to start from 300 level, its even on Uniben's website. Is this an error on jambs part or they mean business.
I need to know what's up, so I can take a decision.

first hand info so wen ut hapens we wont b unaware. try ignore admission status in jamb site.uniben is yet to offer admission in both PUME N PUDE. university admission board uab wich is made up of many profs including my own prof revealed uniben is yet to constitute a committee to dat effect. pume candidate ar much more dan direct entry so de must conclude theirs first b4 DE.dat info in jamb site is random as som peopl dat score 44 got admission whereas som wit 60 in suposedly non-comptitiv area dint.am sure uniben will neva consider admission for 44 score

You dont need transcript...jux get ur original certificate ready...hope its cambridge

Hmmm I'm not sure I completely agree with this. We know uniben sent these names to jamb na...
I do agree that sometimes the jamb admission list and unibens admission list may not tally...but for those with sensible scores who have seen "admitted" I think they have nothing to fear. I don't believe its null and void. But that's just my opinion sha...

Hmmm! Well, I don't wanna dispute any opinion but I want to ask you dis question... Are you aware that JAMB released a statement commending UniBen for being the first school to submit admission list during the first admission excercise done at UNIUYO btw august 26-30 or so...?? So bros, as regards pume dudes, UNIBEN is almost 100 percent done and dusted..
For d DE, I can't say anytin yet cos I dnt wanna post what I don't know... But I doubt if JAMB will just wake up one morning and begin to upload names without receiving any list or somthing like that from UNIBEN...

@ d guy saying we shud not be relaxed with d jamb admission, during clearance one of d thing dat uniben require is d jamb admission letter & not uniben admission letter.
Based on d issue of transcript, a frnd of mine who gained De admission last yr in uniben said, "she is yet to submit her transcript" though d transcript is ready, dat dey normally submit transcript in uniben in 300 level.Hw true is dis?
For those who have already printed their jamb admission letter, how did u do it? Do one need to buy any card again? Plsz reply asap.

We shud be careful when addressing our transcript, i remember last yr, Obafemi Awolowo University rejected my transcript cos my sch addressed it to d screening officer, d registrer said i shud take it back and re-address it to him. I hav to come back to Delta state to correct dat before going back to Ife again.

Y not wait 4 uniben to release d clearance procedure onlinethere are more important tins to check out 4;ur original certs both Wassce and advanced cert.check out 4 mistakes in names and make sure ur date of birth is same in all ur acclaimed certificates.....be sure your advanced result didnt come before your o level result......above all,i ask you all the same question dat Jesus asked the people dat followed john and i quote "who seekest thouas you hv gained admsn to uniben,who seekest thou therein??i tell u,only God can keep in there and if your not yet bornagain,here is d opportunity again 4 you to seek the lord and make your stay in uniben worthwhile !
