See what u wld do.. Right click on the Image from ur desktop and select "Open with" then click on "Paint". The system will open the applicaton software called paint. So from there u resize the Image to 20 pixels and that's it. #Experts Input Advised if ya still having challenges with it

i'm using verve so i selected verve but the page didn't process from there..no column to fill in verve card information.. Please someone shud help me out...

All I can tell u is relax....log out and start again. Since u haven't paid I doubt there's any mistake u could have made that is not fix-able. Just follow the instructions given on the website. Sorry for the stress oh...but just relax and do this thing. Take it easy.
