Guys is time 4 serious prayers and pressing of buttons 4 those that have ogas @ d top. You guys can try out the 2-minute fitness test:

a. Maximum number of push-ups you can do in a 2-minute period
b. Maximum number of sit-ups you can do in a 2-minute period

For push-ups, (first figure is for males under 30, 2nd figure is for females under 30)
excellent: 72+, 46+
very good: 53-71, 30-45
good: 44-52, 21-29
average: 34-43, 14-20
poor: 0-33, 0-13

For sit-ups, under 30yrs
excellent- 77+
very good: 59-76
good: 50-58
average: 40-49
poor: 0-39
