Thinking of getting a Toyota Rav 4, 2002/3 model but noticed there's 2brands, d J n L. Can somebody tell me d difference between d two, n which would b preferable. Thanks..

I HOPE U R AWARE OF THE NOTORIOUS BRAINBOX/GEAR BOX PROBLEM THAT ALL 01 TO 03 RAV4 eventually hv?...there is a thread on nairaland..serach for it..its best u go for an 04/05 or manual 01/03........L = LIMITED, J = JAPAN....limited is beta than made in japan.

Had no idea. also googled it, n ur absolutely right. Guess it's 2004. How do u tell d difference between d 2?

Rav4 L is the limited 5-door version with a longer wheelbase while the Rav4 J is the 3-door version of course with a shorter wheelbase.
