Hello Members,

LED lighting is more energy efficient, brighter and boasts a few additional features that make it a superior choice over conventional lighting methods because of this high level of performance, many street bike enthusiasts have decided to make the switch to LED.

LED Advantages: LEDs light up roughly 20 percentage faster than conventional bulbs. This make for a safer ride right after start up and provides more reaction time for both the rider and approaching vehicles.

Load Equalizers: Brake lights are not load-dependent so LED brake lights will not require a load equalizer. However, you will need a load equalizer for turn signals because they are load-dependent. LED draw less current, so without a load equalizer the bike will think the signal light is burnt out and it will cause the dash blinkers more rapidly.

Bulb vs. Cluster: LED bulbs are very directional, and their light beams do not diverge. For safety reasons a cluster is better so you can make the light more licence as well as multi-directional. This will allow drivers from all directions to view your signals clearly.

Best Regards,
Anthony Martello
