Backup your files (your phone will be wiped during installation), make sure phone is more than 50% charged, make sure you have LINK installed (for drivers) but close it, extract the OS you download with 7zip preferably, plug your phone to pc, run the autoloader.exe, and let the installation complete, finish your settings, let the phone settle down for 1hr or 2hrs before installing apps.

Same thing here. Apparently, it will only work for the Passport, Classic, the Porche, and some whitelisted devices. We have a leaked 10.3 running on our device, until the official 10.3 is released, before we'd be able to use Blend.

Simple method is just to let your battery run down to 0% or entirely. Charge up full again, with your phone off. Do two or three cycles of this.
