then sign-in again into BlackBerry ID page of your device after recovery.

Good day all. Does anyone know any cafe in festac town that allows one to use their wifi to browse with phone. I tried updating my fone software but it's stopped updating, I tried again but the file was too large (990mb) as against d initial 191mb. The cafe I used had a problem with their server and it was slow. I have been asking around for a good cafe but no one seems to know. I can't register my mail on the fone, I also can't send mails unless I use the native browser of d fone. The fone is a BlackBerry q5. Pls anyone that knows a good cafe in festac, Pls help me. Good morning, I have a z10 that just went off , when I plug d charger , it charges in low battery way sometimes and sometimes it doesn't charge..... Have taken it to slot in my school n no solution was provided...... Any engineer that has experienced or dealt with a phone with same problem should help. I stay in lagos

The first Batch Of Passport had Pouch in them. I still want to believe that they still do. So why is the Pouch missing in yours.?!

What happens if you remove the battery, and plug your charger to the phone?! Does it show the red light?!

If yes, try another well charged Z10 battery on ur Z10 to see if it will booth your phone. If your phone booths, then u can use the other Z10 to charge your battery, and don't allow your Z10 battery to drain below 20% before you recharge it.

Did you DL from the BBWorld? Perhaps what you have is a corrupt version?

Uninstall the current Whatsapp and go to BBW to install a new one. Now try that let's hear about it...

If you have further issues, then i'll say it's your network. You can change locations to see if that will solve this...

The OS 10.3.1.1016 does appear swifter and neater than previous builds...Probably the closest to an official OS one can get. However I'm yet to see the battery improvements on a Z10 tho'

You need : A PC, USB cord, Internet connection & your phone.

Select your phone model from the list e.g. STL 100-1. You'd be taken to a download page. (i used a PC cut the link is MEGA).

After downloading, back up your phone data either by using BB Link or by copying all files on your phone to an external drive. (I did the latter cut I didn't want any issue that comes with restoring backups)

The downloaded leak (Autoloader) will be a zip file. Extract it, then connect your phone thru USB. Run the extracted .exe file. Wait till it finishes. (don't let the USB shake or remove it during this process)

your new O.S is installed.

Normal. Like every other Z10s. 1800mAh. Same that came with the phone.
