10.3.0 is very unstable, are you sure you want to go for it? so far .1154 seems the most stable build yet (although it varies with users). But if you still want the 10.3.0, lemme know the specific build and i'll try and hunt it down for you.

You could try opening app world on you pc, login and download apps from there and it should update on your phone.. that's a workaroud...I'm guessing a OS update will fix it.

Nope....just connect by USB and double click the autoloader...follow whatever instructions pop up and you should be fine
