I ended up upgrading from 10.3. **** to 10.4 ***** via blackberrylink installs on my pc.

i needed to downgrade not upgrade.

When I had dis issue den,i used autoloader to reload and it came up..but I had a back up before so I just restored my back up and my fone was up!!..Maybe u shud try using autoloader too

if you are using a BB10 and you are on 10.3.2.xxxx, you cannot downgrade

the guy probably loaded an unstable leak to your device. your quickest option is to update to an official OS via a pc (BB Link) or OTA when you connect to a wifi

Easy way is just BlackBerry link... once it installed, connect your phone to the laptop via USB.... voila!!!

was trying to upgrade my Q10 using an autoloader. After the autoloader finished processing the phone just went blank and the red light blinks twice after like 2secs continuously like that. i have being trying to use blackberry link to restore it back to factory settings...
the network is not helping matter at all, it is taking like forever to download. is there anyone that was faced with similar problem and was able to fix it... pls help

Good day gurus in the house. I use a BlackBerry Q5, some months back my camera stopped working, both front and back, the torch doesn't work and I can't screen-grab. do it straight from your z10. if its a first time subscription, give at least 24hrs allowance for the service to be activated by glo

why dont you get a microSD Card and move your personal files from the device memory to the card? files like music, video, pictures can be safely moved to the card

the most important thing is internet connection!!!!

if you get a pc with internet connection, download BB link program from blackberry.com

install it on that pc and connect your phone to the pc with a usb cable

once you see the connection on the BB Link program, click to update your phone
