Use a very strong Internet connection on a computer with BlackBerry link installed on it, connect device and the BlackBerry link app is gonna recognize it. Check for update and install update when found..

connect your phone to WiFi network it will open, after which u go back to your normal network means, to update ur Os needs more data consumption so I will advice u do the mtn daily sub and connect ur phone to it using the hotspot then get ur pgone updated, but as for the opening of the BlackBerry world, the WiFi should do that for you.

I'm using blackberry z10 with an Os version 10.3.2.516 and I want to upgrade the phone to the latest os version

I tried checking for updates on my phone but it always says the phone has the latest os version. Plus, I have tried wiping the phone like twice or thrice but no messages of software update
Someone said I should try autoloader but i'm scared of crashing the phone

Please I need your help,was able to download on my Z10 but few days ago,I couldn't anymore.I have enough storage space on my device.
Had to put a memory card but still the same problem.
What do I do?

Hello, pls I am having a problem with my BlackBerry Q5. The phone keeps turning off when it gets to 45%. This problem started some days ago. Just yesterday it turned off at 53%. I have upgraded the os but I am still having the same problem. Somebody advised that I re - calibrate the battery which I tried to do but the phone doesn't drain to 0% instead it still turns off after some minutes. I don't know what to do. The battery is a non removable battery except by a technician. Pls help. Thanks.

You should have a good technician take a look at your device to diagnose if the battery needs replacement or not...
