The University of Ibadan, Ibadan, hereby requests all candidates who made the University their First Choice in the Direct Entry Admission for 2013/2014, to submit their biodata and SSCE WAEC/NECO, ‘A’ levels or equivalent certificate results ONLINE directly through http://www.admissions.ui.edu.ng/directentry on or before 12th September, 2013.

Dat is it nt 19th oooo. UI is bad for 1 tin. u might nt b able to login on the 11th of september. so pls guys, hurry up wit ur registration.

Pls while doing the online resgistration did u upload any credentials? And did u use a "white" background passport photograph? Pls reply asap

Can those who choose them as second choice apply as well? Dey only said first choice

@ fineyemi, i also had a similar case on 2days ago but the dropdown is loading now,i used google chrome browser sha .am also texted to by UI portal support to go back to choose send choice and third choice as fall back. wish u the best. plz dont use phone to fill form ooo,its risky

@ steve09, second choice candidate will be advise soon.this also apply to the Jambites, just keep checking all possible media for info.

Wat course did u are u going 4? U can choose anoda one for d fallback course

hello Guyz,If u are experiencing any challenge while filling your form, dont hesitate to use UI Admission helpdesk, http://admissions.ui.edu.ng/helpdesk .forward your complaint to them.trust they will get back to you with the most preffered solution.UI portal remain the best. i logged a request and i was attended to via text message.
open a new ticket when you get there.

jst started my own registration process nd d first hurdle as bin crossed sucesfully bt d second hurdle dia is a hang up nd i nid clearification before i proceed cos i dnt want to make mistake,it shows two column dat say i shuld input two courses bt i dnt get wot dey are referin to does dat mean am to choose two additional courses or d original course nd any other.pls i nid xplaination on dis b4 i cn proced with d registration.thnkx

@Leksean and 2rue...u are xpected to choose 2 additional courses...fallback1 and 2...different 4rm d main one u chose originally...perhaps,u could be considered 4 fallbacks 1 and 2 if u dont meet up with the requirement of d original course u chose.

While choosing the Fallback course 1n 2, do u think one can choose courses not part of the faculty or within the faculty?

Having made the required payment at d bank nd also generated my PIN, filling d bio-data page was quite easy, but couldnt proceed to d next stage. it kept on bring a notification error. GUYS PLS HELP me with info. am just going crazy; this regisration has always been on my mind lyk mad. feeling sad nd cant even sleep ooo. ANYBODY having d same or similar issue? moji,i would advise dat u edit it to 2 different but less competitive courses

u could choose outside ur faculty provided d course u studied initially relates 2 d 1 u're about choosing e.g sum1 who did econs chose mgt edu and statistics as fallback1 n 2

using first bank. as a case study,willu be given the pin in the bank after payment or u are to take teller to generate the pin. answer pls

That's very wrong dear UI is highly competitive.... So choose 3 different courses.. And ur other options cut off marks should be lesser than the first choice

Hello peeps

If there is anyone that graduated from Petroleum Training Institute, Effurun earlier than 4 years ago, can apply without transcipt. Just the statement of result of such candidate is enuf for him to be admitted. The UI Admission office will demand for the result from warri.... Am aware of just PTI alone...
