Just go to any bank and as 4 Fuoye e-transact, al they wil ask 4 is ur Jamb registration numba... Nw 4 ur biometric issue, u can do it any where they register Gce and Jamb, where u can thumb print... And al those dat hav done it please tel odas hw nd where u did it... D Lady dat did in Ogba add me up on 2go Adetola31... And any oda people in Lagos.. U dnt hav 2 travel 2 do it... Dat is y d word 'any' is used.. As 4 d person dat said d Registrar z nt friendly, i wudn't support dat bt i will tell u all, don't yield 2 scams, there are alot of scammers beware...
