Position Building and Civil Engineer
Reporting To Sr Engineer –Civil

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

o Bachelor of Engineering in Civil discipline.
o Minimum of 5 years working experience in building maintenance
o Good knowledge on maintenance of structures, architecture, road and drainage works. And also knowledge on quantity surveying will be an advantage.
o Good report writing skills for submission of Technical evaluation, Cost Benefit Analysis and recommendation proposals for improvement works.
o Team player and able to work with a team of Engineers and contractors.
o Interpersonal, initiative, analytical thinking, decision-making and leadership abilities.
o Good command of spoken and written English
o Computer literacy (e.g. Auto Cad, PRO-E, MS Office)
o Able to meet tight deadlines
