The Minister of Tourism, Culture and National Orientation, Edem Duke, on Monday said plans were underway to establish a Nigerian Culture and Information Centre in Johannesburg, South Africa. A statement signed by Taiwo Oladokun, Special Assistant (Media) to the minister said the centre would be established by the end of the year.
